3. Takedown Procedures

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Millennium will promptly take the following actions:

 

3.1. Investigation

We will investigate the reported infringement and assess its validity. To assess the validity of a DMCA Notice, we will verify the DMCA Notice was sent by the copyholder or their authorized agent. An initial review will be completed via reasonable online methods to validate the claim. If our investigation cannot be effectively conducted online, we will make a phone call to the recipient to gather more information. 

 

3.2. Takedown

If the infringement claim is determined to be valid, representing that our investigation finds that the material or activity cited in the DMCA Notice represents copyright infringement pursuant to the DMCA, we will take reasonable steps to remove or disable access to the infringing material representing a “Takedown.”

 

3.3. Notification

We will notify the user who posted the infringing material of the Takedown.

4. Counter-Notices

If you believe that material you posted on the Website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification (“Counter Notice”) with us in writing to our designated agent. The Counter Notice should include the following:
